    • Order processing times are separate from shipping times and may take 3-7 business days, depending on the supplier.

    • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They can vary significantly based on your location, the supplier's location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Typical estimated shipping times will be provided on the product or checkout page.

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers. As a result, your items may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different dates.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: You, the customer, are solely responsible for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied by your country's customs office. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CULTUREDAURA, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES.

OUR SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY US) PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BECAUSE WE OPERATE ON A DROP SHIPPING MODEL, WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE, HANDLE, OR STORE THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON OUR SITE. LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT QUALITY, SAFETY, AND AUTHENTICITY RESTS WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT DEFECTS, ISSUES ARISING FROM THE MANUFACTURER, OR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PHYSICAL PRODUCT ITSELF.

IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS, CULTUREDAURA IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (2) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CulturedAura and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
